How is merchandise shipped?
Our merchandise is shipped through UPS ground to the USA only. Merchandise typically arrives in 3-5 days if it is in stock. If merchandise is out of stock or on back order, you will be notified by email or phone immediately.
How do I make a return or exchange?
You may make a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving merchandise.
When returning or exchanging merchandise, your items must be as new with tags still attached. Clothing may not be worn or washed. Footwear should be clean with unscratched soles.

The customer will be required to pay for shipping when returning or exchanging merchandise. Please repackage item(s) and ship them via UPS, Fedex or USPS, at the customer's expense.
If you live near the Danville, VA area, you may return the merchandise to our retail store at no charge to you. You must have a copy of your receipt on hand in order to return or exchange.

What is a mobile truck show?
We stock our trailer with safety toe footwear, flame resistant apparel, or workwear and visit different locations in Virginia and North Carolina.
