Frequently asked questions

How is merchandise shipped?


At this time, Leggett Town and Country can only ship orders within the United States. We only ship merchandise via UPS Ground or USPS. Our flat rate shipping charge of $7.95 includes all shipping and handling charges. Shipping will not be charged on orders over $99.00. However, large items (such as coolers) may have an additional shipping charge due to size and weight. In-stock items ship within 24 - 48 hours. Items purchased after 4:00 p.m. on Friday will not be processed/shipped until Monday. If Monday is a Federal mail holiday, items will not be shipped until Tuesday. Items we do not have in stock will ship directly to you from the manufacturer. Due to COVID-19 shutdowns, this can take 3 - 4 weeks. You will be notified within 24 - 48 hours if an item is out of stock. *Due to Covid-19 and shipping delays, we cannot guarantee when items will arrive. We strive to have your items to you in 3 - 5 business days, but this largely depends on UPS and USPS shipping schedules.




How do I make a return or exchange?


You may make a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving merchandise. When returning or exchanging merchandise, your items must be as new with tags still attached. Clothing may not be worn or washed. Footwear should be clean with unscratched soles. Please notify us of why you are returning the merchandise by email at ebailey@ltc2.com or call us at 434-797-9300. The customer will be required to pay for shipping when returning or exchanging merchandise. Please repackage item(s) and ship them via UPS, Fedex or USPS, at the customer's expense. If you live near the Danville, VA area, you may return the merchandise to our retail store at no charge to you. You must have a copy of your receipt on hand in order to return or exchange. What is a mobile truck show?


We stock our trailer with safety toe footwear, flame resistant apparel, or workwear and visit different locations in Virginia and North Carolina.
