SHIPPING & RETURNS
At this time, Leggett Work can only ship orders to the United States. Items we do not have in stock will ship directly to you from the manufacturer. We will contact you immediately if this is the case, as it may take up to two weeks for delivery of those items.
We ship merchandise via UPS Ground or USPS Ground. Our flat rate shipping charge is $7.95, which includes all shipping and handling fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you decide to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Please e-mail us at email@example.com or via our Contact page. Please include details of your return or exchange and the reason why, so we know to expect your return. If we have any other questions regarding your return, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Then, repackage the merchandise and return (at your expense) via ground service of your choice or USPS insured, for your protection, to the address below. Leggett Work and Leggett Town and Country will not be responsible for lost merchandise.

Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a full refund for the item(s) returned. Merchandise must be in as-new condition. All tags must be attached, packaging must be intact, and clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
Footwear may be exchanged or returned if it is in as-new condition and the soles are unscratched. When trying on boots for the first time, and until you are sure the boots fit correctly, be sure to walk on carpeting or other soft flooring only.
If you live in or around the Danville, Virginia area, you may return your purchase directly to our retail location. You must have a copy of your receipt in order to return or exchange merchandise.
