SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
At this time, Leggett Town and Country can only ship orders within the United States. We ship orders via UPS Ground. Our flat rate shipping charge of $20.00 includes all shipping and handling fees. Most uniforms take 4 - 6 weeks to be ordered, processed, embroidered, packed and shipped. You will be notified if an item is backordered or no longer available.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you decide to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. If an item is embroidered, we may not be able to return it. Items must be as new with tags still attached. If you would like to make a return, send a detailed email to hstrader@ltc2.com.
Repackage the merchandise and return (at your expense) via ground service of your choice or USPS insured, for your protection, to the address below. Leggett Town and Country will not be responsible for lost merchandise.

Once we receive your items, we will contact you about issuing a full refund. To receive a full refund, merchandise must be in as-new condition. All tags must be attached, packaging must be intact, and clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

Shoes may be exchanged or returned if they are in as-new condition and the soles are unscratched. When trying on shoes for the first time and until you are sure the shoes fit correctly, be sure to walk on carpeting or other soft flooring only.

If you live in or around the Danville, Virginia area, you may return your purchase directly to our retail location. You must have a copy of your receipt in order to return or exchange.
